08.00: Pick up at hotel then transfer to Halong bay (3.5 hours with a short break on the way)

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Halong Bay, Halong Bay, Quang Ninh Province

12.00: Arrive in Halong Bay, embark a day trip boat for a cruise on Halong bay. Fresh seafood lunch is served on board while cruising among hundreds of islets to discover unspoilt pockets of Halong bay.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Sung Sot Cave, Halong Bay, Quang Ninh Province

14.00: The boat stops for a visit to the Halong Bay’s largest cave of Sung Sot (Amazing Cave).

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Ti Top Island, Halong Bay, Quang Ninh Province

After the cave visit, you have 2 options:
Visit a floating house. From there, you will take a bamboo boat trip to explore the bay on your own.
Make a stop at Ti Top island where you can enjoy a swim or climbing to the top of the mountain for panoramic view of Halong bay and wonderful photo shoots.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Old Quarter, Hanoi

17.00: Cruise back to the harbor and our car take you back to Hanoi.

Unbelievably beautiful! The drive from Hanoi is just over 3 hours but I brought book so it wasn't too bad. The usual rest stop at a tourist craft outlet, but other than that the trip was worth the drive! We has a private car, driver, guide and boat. There a lot of Halong Bay day cruises to choose from and most are less expensive than this one, but the highlight of this particular cruise was to stop at Titop Island! The view as worth the climb! Priceless. Sung Sot cave is a must see as well. A lot of the reviews stated that the caves are crowded with hundreds of tourist getting off the boats at the same time. As we were on a private tour we didn't have that problem. The cave was practically empty. The cost of this tour is based on the size of your group so the more people you have the less expensive it will be.
