The tasting includes a selection of traditional and flavored olive oils (lemon, hot chili pepper, basil, garlic or truffle for strong-flavor lovers) with local bread and preserves, always produced in the mill, olives and a glass of wine from Apulia wine cellars. After the tasting, you will have the opportunity to indulge in retail shopping therapy at the store: various types of traditional and aromatized oils, preserves, sweet and savory food, pickled olives, jams, pickles, preserved vegetables oil, pasta handmade craftsmanship, the finest wines from the cellars of Puglia, handmade pottery, wonderful hand painted ceramic dishes and local craft.
