This is a typical itinerary for this product

The ramp is the only gliding flight ramp in the city. The Pepino beach in So Conrado will be the meeting point with the instructor. The place is like a paragliders and hang gliders airport. You will check in at the Gliding Flight Association.

Duration: 10 minutes

Location: Pepino Beach, Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro

Your Paragliding flight in Rio de Janeiro takes place at the ramp of Pedra Bonita, located 520 meters above sea level and within the limits of the Tijuca National Park.
You will receive the pilot's instructions before flying over the incredible landscape of Rio de Janeiro. Your flight will go through routes that will show you the best of Rio from above including beaches, mountains and city peaks, such as Pedra da Gavea and the Two Brothers hill. This paragliding flight is a once-in-a-lifetime experience which provides a smooth and lasting flight.

Duration: 30 minutes

Location: Parque Nacional da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro

After enjoying the flight, the instructor will land on So Conrado beach near the initial meeting point
