The Viator driver was at our hotel before the agreed upon time. Therefore we didn't wait at all for our tour to begin. He was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He answered all of our questions and was quite pleasant. We were dropped off at out ship and again he was so thoughtful in unloading our luggage and making sure that we were where we needed to be.

Great job as usual using Viator.

Our driver was so courteous and helpful! We would definitely do this again!

Great Service! Fast, friendly!

The driver was on-time, helpful with our luggage and able to get us to the cruise port quickly and efficiently. Contact information is clear and easy to follow. I recommend this approach for transfer.

We were met by our pleasant driver at our hotel in Amsterdam. He mistakenly took us to the wrong port but returned when I summoned him by phone .

Even though our flight was an hour later than expected our driver was waiting for us st the arranged meeting point. He was courteous and the vehicle was clean.

Driver was punctual and polite. Car was in great condition and clean.

Driver was OK. Quiet but got the job done.
Trip to cruise port took 6 minutes

Our ride was on time and very professional. I would use this supplier again.

Outstanding service -- driver arrived EARLY at Hilton Hotel -- loaded a mountain of bags for 5 people taking a 14 night cruise into the new Mercedes van and drove directly to the cruise ship terminal. Best service ever!
