Our cruise was delayed by 3 hours. We were able to change our scheduled pickup time to when the ship was accepting passengers. our drive was great also. when we got to the port in Tampa the lint to board was a block long out side the terminal. Instead of dropping us off at the terminal and have walk a block to get to the end of the line he went around the block and dropped us off at the end of the line. he went the extra mile.. Great service Definitely would use again

The lady at the super shuttle booth was condescending and gave us incorrect information. She told me I had given her the wrong voucher and took my return trip voucher instead. This left us with the wrong voucher for the trip back to the airport which then caused unnecessary worry and complications.

The van was clear and the diver very helpful. They can a little early which was good for me, not being late. Will use in future.

We had no wait, and the driver was very personable.

Every things run OK as planned

I WAITED OVER 3/4 HOUR FOR VAN RIDE TO PORT HAD TO PAY FOR OTHER RIDE TO SHIP

Great service, although a little pricey.

We had a great experience traveling from the airport in Tampa to the port. We had a very short wait, great service, no issues whatsoever. We will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

We were unaware that we needed to schedule the pickup in advance of the day of travel, a step more than the online booking I did before our trip. The only way we figured out the process was with the assistance of the very helpful SuperShuttle curb-side staff. We waited over an hour for our ride.

We only had to wait a few minutes and our van arrived and took us directly to the port of Tampa. So easy and the driver friendly. Would certainly do it this way again.
