Pre booked in England giving flight details and destination.Arrived at terminal 5 Chicago nobody in kiosk, no transport waited 15 minutes had to phone numbers on kiosk which incurred a 5.00 cost as phoning on mobile
Said send car be there in 10 minutes no show , called again said car be there in 10 minutes no show called again twice finally after 1 hour car showed , then had to go via terminal 1 for further pick ups
From home in London to Chicago 12 hours from Chicago airport to downtown 2 hours and great stress. Worst transfer experience ever as a well travelled single female .
Would advise international visitors coming in to terminal 5 to use another form of transfer

It was a shared shuttle but I did not have to wait long. Very pleasant driver and the trip was fairly smart. Did have to go to some other places first.

We got the shuttle and got to our hotel without any strife. We had to deal with traffic but that was not the fault of the shuttle company.
