Our pick up guide did not arrive at our River Cruise ship on time, despite the crew from ship calling the day before to give details of the docking position. We felt the person drove a little erratically to try to make up the time. Overall as a welcome to Switzerland it was a fairly stressful experience.

Do yourself a favour and arrange a private transfer with this company. The gentleman who collected us at the airport introduced himself with a smile, handshake and provided his name. When we arrived at the transfer vehicle, which was immaculate, he loaded our luggage and then supplied us with cold bottled water as a refreshment. He gave us an excellent commentary on the drive into Basel and walked us personally into the hotel and made sure we were okay. Such a gentleman and what a wonderful introduction to Basel.

Our private transfer from the Basel Airport to our Hotel went perfectly. Our driver was waiting for us as we left customs. He was courteous and assisted with our luggage. He pointed out sights along our way and got us quickly to our hotel. I would definitely recommend this service.

Great driver, on time saved my cell phone for me
