We start by climbing the Brazil mount, which, like the rest of the island, came from the depths of the sea to form one of the best views over the city of Angra and its bay, on the East, and Fanal’s bay, on the West. Here we also have a glimpse of the magnificent history of this island, that will certainly be present in all corners of Terceira.
As we approach north, we reach the lava fields that locals have shaped for planting vineyards. After a visit to the bathing area of Biscoitos, and after lunch in this area, we will take a walk through the basalt walls that protect the vineyards. The visit to this part of the island is completed with the wine museum. In the way to Angra do Hero□smo, passage through the interior of the island: first we will visit the Furna do Enxofre, to admire the secondary Volcanism phenomena on the surface, followed by a visit to the interior of the magnificent Algar do Carvo. After this adventure, it's time to taste some flavors and products of Terceira, on a visit to Quinta dos Aores. Return to the hotel and end of the activity.
