Lisbon is full of history, with 2 main marks, the discovery period and the post earthquake, the 2 eras defined the Lisbon we have today. This 1 day tour, will provide a overview of Lisbon with amazing sightseeing that is complemented with historical and local information.
A small walks are planned to have better feeling of the city.

We will leave Cascais Train Station at 9 am and we will go through the coastal road to Lisbon, with a fantastic view of Cascais Bay and Tagus river.
The first stop is Belem, with the majestic Jeronimos Monastery, the fortified Belem tower, the Discovery monument, the presidential Palace and the famous Pasteis de Belem.

In the afternoon we will walk though Lisbon old town, with the fantastic Miradouros da Graa and Santa Luzia, the typical Alfama Neighbor, the Antique Lisbon Cathedral, the Praa do Comercio (aka Terreiro do Pao) and the Rossio Square.

In Rossio Square which is the heart of Lisbon, you will have some free time for shopping, coffee or just walking around.

After enjoying and learning about Lisbon, will be time to get back to Cascais,
