When we booked this tour 7 of us we were told it consisted of 2 winery tours with 7 tastings at each winery. Also included was lunch at Latitiude 32 restaurant adjacent to the second winery. I spent the entire tour trying to straighten out the details of what we were promised. We only received 5 tastings at the first winery after we waited 45 minutes for another group to arrive. After starting late, we were told by our tour driver we had to leave in the middle of our tastings because we had an appointment at the second winery! After getting to the second winery, we discovered we only had 3 tastings and NO lunch! The whole day was a mess. Fortunately our driver was very sincere it wasn't his fault and he took us to a restaurant that he recommended in town on our own expense. I put in a complaint with Viator and we were refunded half of our money. I was hoping for a full refund, but it is what it is. Definitely not worth the price they are charging!
