Recently there has been registered 163 bird types, 34 fish types, 6 plant associations and a total of 42 plant species. And you have an opportunity to see some of them.
On the edge of a small lake formed by 12 spring sources there is an old watermill recently renovated, near wich we are passing by. It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century in a dalmatian renaissance style, the building has the features of a fortification with a defensive tower in its center.
One kilometer long river, locally called Rika has its source in lake Pantana and reaches the sea creating a sandy lagoon. At the end of our tour, in the sunset, youwill paddle in golden sea, together enjoy in the moment of peacefulness, serenity and beautiful colours of nature that we will see around us in this golden hour.
A nice 500m long gravel and sand beach, stretches in the western part of the lagoon, so if you come there before tour starts you can enjoy there swimming, watching kitesurfing, sunbathing or having some fresh drinks in the bar.
