You will arrive at our bike centre at 10am (2pm for afternoon bookings) for a bike demonstration and full safety brief before you set off. Electric bikes are comfortable and reliable and the batteries will last for up to 40 miles, which is more than enough for a day's cycling. If you have never used an electric bike before, you don't need to worry - you use it exactly the same way as a pedal bike but when you pedal, the motor kicks in to assist you. There are a number of different levels of power assist and this makes cycling on an eBike ideal for groups of people who would normally cycle at different speeds. They are also fantastic for climbing hills.
You can choose which route you would like to follow and will receive instructions and a clear map or you can use our new app whichshould be downloaded in advance of your tour and you should get in touch with us to arrange this.
Helmets, bike panniers and locks are all provided.
If you require a guide, this can be arranged but there will be an extra charge. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
