The day trip was fine and the guide Jun was great and very knowledgeable. However, there seemed to be a huge miscommunication between Viator and the tour company as the latter didn't seem to realize we had a booking, and did not pick us up from our hotel. Only after multiple phone calls and a couple of emails with our confirmed booking attached did they realize their mistake and belatedly picked us up. I'm sure the other people in the tour who had to delay their excursion for an hour wasn't too pleased with this oversight either.
