Best decision we made was prebooked transfers from and to airports/ accommodation. We simply arrived at airpirt and were met by a liaison who escorted us to our car. The drivers were efgicient and professional and we had no stress moving around city to hotels after a long flight.

Driver very punctual

Very professional and comfortable. Clean and good car, timely pick up and easy to find.

An amazing experience considering our emergency circumstances. Our driver was full of information, gave us many tips about the area and the airport and different sites that are currently being built...... Would definitely recommend this organisation.

Friendly and on time.

The driver was prompt and the vehicle accommodated our luggage. I would say that it would have been cheaper to take a cab from the hotel. But I definitely think taking the private car from airport to the hotel is a must.

on time.

Perfect pickup and drop off, highly recommend it, especially if you havent experienced the traffic in Vietnam.

Unfortunately the bus did not arrive to take us to the airport, we waited an extra 25 minutes and then he Buffalo tours hailed two taxis for our group and paid for them. One of the taxi drivers was horrific and left the four adult males quite in shock with his driving. Disappointing service

very efficient, on time and no hassle
