Tour group tied up on this package is from OpenTours. Overall it is ok - guide is attentive to the group and ride to Halong Bay is smooth. Junk boat tour is shared with another group from the same company. Tour guide only explained a little bit about Hanoi during the bus ride. He didn't exactly pinpoint all the famous rocks along Halong Bay as mentioned on the voucher. I would suggest that it needs to be clear on the package to bring extra clothes because of the possibility of getting wet due to kayaking, and that there is an option of taking the bamboo boat for an extra cost 130k VND. Lastly, we were not dropped off at the hotel as promised on the package. We got dropped off a few streets away because they said the street is too small which I do not understand because they were able to pass on that street during the morning pickup.
