The trip was good, well planned and well organized. The guide was also good with good knowledge and English speaking skill.

The tour could have been better. We literally envy some groups where their guide is enthusiastically explaining things about Hanoi. Hanoi is a vibrant city and we believe there so much to learn more about their culture, traditions and history. We think that our guide is the same person being described in one of the reviews as the one who's always smoking and talking on the phone.

The city tour was nice but the trip to the pottery village was not very interesting at all and was a waste of 90 minutes. They should cut that portion out.
