There was someone at arrivals by the time we got our luggage. Very responsible driver, I was only scared twice and I am a terrible back seat driver so that was pretty good.

The agent was very polite but he did not understand our English very well and we could not understand him very well. It made communications difficult.
As well, we had just arrived after a 20 hour flight and right away he wanted to book us for tours. He even followed us to the lobby of our hotel and kept trying to sell us tours although we told him we had 2 tours booked and were only in Bangkok for 4 days. Too pushy.

Our guide was at the airport to collect us, with a clearly marked sign. There was no problem when I called to advise our plane had been delayed by 5 hours. The car was clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble trying to find our hotel but it was in a strange place, no fault of the guide.

Driver spoke little to no English after a long 28 hour trip seemed in no hurry to get me to the hotel could of took a taxi and got there quicker..would not do this again
