This was a wonderful way to experience the lake, the views and the relaxation of Lucerne. The boat can get very crowded so make sure to show up a little early to get in the line for the better viewing spots.

Beautiful experience! The boat was comfortable, departed and returned promptly. The recorded information was excellent. And actually explained quite a lot. The staff was courteous and professional. You cant go wrong with this tour!

Very pleasant afternoon / early evening cruise on the lake.

It was a perfect way to see and hear about some of the lake's history. There was not. Bad view on the boat. And as it was December we spent most of our ride inside. An hour was just right and the location was perfect to continue our shopping and walking in the town. Good value for the money. Thanks again !

This was an excellent hour's cruise in a splendid and stylish boat. Snack bar on board was appreciated and of course the scenery was great.
Can't imagine why anyone would not wish to ake this trip.

Views of the lake superb, needs more benches to sit on and appreciate this beautiful lake.

We were supposed to take the 10:00 am excursion. While waiting for the boat, it started raining, My son and I waited a bit, but the rain got worse. We decided to go back to the hotel. I'm actually giving this 4-star rating to Lake Lucerne as the next day the sun was shining and the view we had of the lake and surrounding areas was magnificent. Sad to say, we were going home.

This was amazing. It allows you to see different things from around the lake that you wouldn't normally be able too. The boat was comfortable and easy moving. Very peaceful and great experience.

The boat trip itself is very good. Great commentary the whole way and plenty to see. The only problem is the directions given. We followed them precisely only to find out off a local that pier 7 is actually on the other side of the lake north side than what was given in the directions so we had a mad rush across the bridge to where the boat was just in the nick of time.

Lovely way to see the Lake and surrounding area.
