The driver was on time and gave us some great information about Geneva on the way to our hotel.

Tour operator did not pick us up because our flight was delayed even though they had the flight number and could see that we would be late. When we phoned them they said it was too late to pick us up and we were left stranded at the airport and had to pay extra for a taxi to our hotel ourselves.

On time, huge and clean van, friendly and helpful driver.

This was terrible. We arrived and got down to luggage within 10 minutes with an attendant because I was in a wheelchair, got our luggage, and went to look for our driver in front of the information booth. No driver! after 10 more minutes I called the number on the voucher and was told we weren't there so he left and he would be back in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later we found him and he had the wheelchair attendant take us over to the far side of the building where the taxis line up, asked if I could stand which i said yes to and told us to wait there. 10 minutes later I called again and was told we weren't there so the driver left. I told the person on the phone the driver found us but left us again. Driver found us and walked us around the back of the airport where he had parked illegally I think, loaded our luggage at we left the airport. On our way to our hotel the driver told us that he was not the usual driver, that he had been at home when the company called him and said please help us we are short people and have a pick up at the airport. This might explain his jeans and t-shirt and why he was late. I made this reservation in June, well in advance, this shouldn't have happened.

The car service I requested from Viator....when I arrived almost midnight in Geneva worked out just fine. My driver was on time, had my name in big letters and welcomed my arrival. On the way to the hotel, my driver was pointing some highlights of this great city that made me excited to the day tours I planned with Viator in the days to come. He was friendly and very professional.

I recommend Viator for car service and for day tours and more. I find the company reliable and trustworthy.

Driver was waiting outside customs as agreed... helpful friendly professional. The car was reasonably clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Great experience

Our driver was fantastic! He was waiting for us as we got through customs and had us at our hotel in 30 minutes despite Friday afternoon traffic. He even stopped to purchase water for us no extra charge. I would highly recommend this service.
