This private 9-hour seasonal guided tour for couples, families or small groups traveling together takes you to the town of Hermanus in Walker Bay. Hermanus is known as the "Whale Capital" of South Africa (August to October). The Southern Right Whales migrate to the coastal waters of South Africa from the Antarctic to calve and nurse their young. These mammals, only a few feet from the shore, provide an unsurpassed whale watching opportunity. This tour includes a panoramic drive along two stunning mountain passes to Hermanus, as well as along the coast of False Bay, one of the most beautiful drives in South Africa. On the way back an African penguin colony is visited followed by a spectacular mountain drive on the way to Cape Town.
