Even though I had confirmed my flight information by email, there was no one at the airport to meet us. The company had been looking for us on a much earlier flight, and insinuated that we had missed our appointment with them. I did have a copy of my email, and after a confusing hour in the airport we got a shared ride with 2 other stops. The driver was wonderful. Thumbs down for the rest of the experience.

We have an apartment in central Lisbon. The driver was superb and dropped us right at the door.

My flight was delayed but staff were there with clear signs with everyone's names. Driver was polite and since I was staying in a pedestrian only street he walked with me, carrying my bag, straight to entrance of where I was staying at, which was great as it would've been harder for me to find!!

I was the only passenger on an early morning shared airport transfer. The driver was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He pointed out city sights along the way and provided me with a city map. A great way to begin a vacation!
