The driver (whose name I forgot - sorry) arrived about 20 minutes late, but it was fine because we got out of customs and immigration early. My group was the only occupant of the nice, AC'd van. We got to our destination and the driver waited until our hotel representative came to the medina parking area to pick us up. Great service, thanks.

Our flight was delayed and I had no way to contact the operator, as I did not yet have a SIM card. but when I did, they were very understanding and did not charge us, as the driver had waited 2h for us! :
once we met him, it was very easy and he coordinated with our riad to have someone meet us and take us to the riad. well worth the money!

Excellent service! We were picked up at the exit by a company representative, then accompanied to the car. Very comfortable car, smooth journey short, as the hotel was about 10 min away from airport. Driver very polite, good English and very helpful! Strongly recommend!

received a message a couple of days before flight informing us someone will be waiting for us. We were greeted by a super friendly man who helped with our bags and took us to our car. It was a roomy airconditioned 6 seater with wifi onboard aswell. Super clean, faultless transfer. Highly recommend

the driver dropped me off at the gates of the Medina, and NOT in front of the hotel. He handed me over to vultures who would charge me some money just to walk me into my riad. It was not expensive but very annoying to be blindsided I thought those ppl would be included with what I paid for... the 5 min walk was just as expensive as the taxi ride from the airport. I think the taxi service should at least tell you that upfront.

The driver was nice and helpful. As it is not possible to drive in the center of Marrakech, he stopped nearby, called the hotel and asked them to send somebody and assist with luggage. Very nice of him!
