thought we would beat the bus that herds the plane load to the front desk of our resort, the representative was outside, I gave him our voucher, which specifies professional driver, private vehicle, etc. etc.
He put us in a freaking TAXI, and a tiny one at that, with manual windows and suspect air-conditioning. I asked the taxi driver what the cost of the fare would be if I had flagged him down myself he told me $12 USD.
Deliver what you advertise, this was a disgrace.

They were on time on picking us from the airport and for picking us for our hotel. We would definitely use this company again.

Prefer that they have my return booked and not need to worry about it.

Excellent service, I had to rearrange pick up time as due to an accident in UK I was not involved I missed my outward flight, the change of day and time was sorted out efficiently.

Driver was good and you need to do a tour to see the high lights of the city.

The trip from the airport went well. The return to the airport was ok, but disappointing . Considering I paid about 30 each way, I was less than enthused to see that Viator/Gray Line booked a regular taxi for me. If I had wanted to enjoy the 86F heat in my warm airplane clothes, I could've hailed any number of taxis and paid 5 instead.

We used Viator for our Thanksgiving vacation in Puerto Vallarta. We had seven people arriving at different times and days, and needed transportation to a private residence south of Puerto Vallarta. Admittedly the reservation was complex, but I spent over and hour on the phone with a Viator representative arranging and confirming our and our guests transportation. When we arrived in PV, the subcontractor Grayline did not have our reservation. The representatives were very courteous and after a sort delay we were sent by taxi to the house. Concerned my guest reservations may also have not reached Grayline, I was told to confirm with Viator. After another 40 minutes on the phone first to Viator, then to Grayline the other reservations were confirmed, and our guests reservations were executed without issues.

Had a great pick up!! Remember to not stop at the vultures inside the airport. Walk outside and look for Viator sign!!

You need to locate the Grayline representative among the taxi lines outside of the airport when you arrive. You will also need to find out from him how you can arrange for the return trip to the airport. Otherwise, it was a pretty hassle-free experience.
