The young woman who met us at the airport was on time--right there as we came from the luggage pick-up. She stayed with us until the car and driver arrived. She was wonderful and very reassuring. The car and driver arrived 1/2 hour later. We watched as taxi dispatchers sent out people one after another. There was a sign that the taxis that they allowed into the airport was safe. In addition, we were told that there would be 2 bottles of water waiting for us in the car. But it wasn't until we were driving awhile that I realized I was thirsty and asked the driver for a bottle of water which was in the front of the car. 'Oh yes", he said, "They are for you."

Driver fine But we weren’t not met at designated door for over 10 minutes. We then walked for 10 minutes and waited over 20 minutes for car and driver. Poor service

Unreliable, unprofessional. After confirming with operator over the phone, there was no one waiting for me.

Worked as planned and no hassles.

Driver was right there waiting for us as we exited Customs at the Mexico City Airport and got us quickly and safely directly to our hotel.

No complaints. Driver and car were fine. Traffic into the city was a nightmare so the drive to our hotel took about one hour and a half. So expect traffic delays.

We were left stranded at the airport by this transfer company. We were told to look for someone holding a sign with our name on it. No one was there so we waited for over an hour. Luckily we had a phone with international service, so we called. I spoke to someone at the agency who told me they did not have our information but that they would get someone to pick us up in an hour. We waited for over another hour and no one came. We ultimately called our hotel and they offered to have their driver pick us up and take us to the hotel. We never received a phone call or explanation on why we were not picked from the airport.

They were there to meet me once I got off of the plane! Very easy!

This was the worst transfer I have ever booked. My plane was delayed and wen I arrived no-one was waiting for me. Other companies have your flight information and follow the status of your flight. Being stuck on the tarmac in the plane there is no way I could call and notify the company of my late arrival. When I finally arrived they said I would have to wait an hour for pick up. I took a cab should have done that to begin with.
