As good as a private taxi

Our driver was waiting for us ahead of time with a sign that had our names on it. We were the only ones so it wasnt a shared arrival which was nice and we could just go to our hotel.

Driver waiting for me at arrivals. He could speak English and was very pleasant.

The only critique I have is that I would have hoped for an in-advance email letting me know pickup time, but when I still didn't have one the day before, I had a friend in America call and find out a pickup time. The shuttle driver arrived a few minutes early and had the hotel's front desk call my room, then waited patiently while I checked out. A very nice driver and a perfect service in fact no one else was in the shuttle so it went quickly, minus the lack of an email with a designated time.

I was never pickup up! I also didn't have a way to call them, so I just called an uber. I noticed when it says the shuttle operates 8am-8pm and my flight was not in that range.

The driver. Mario, was waiting at baggage claim with a sign with our name. He was an excellent driver and guide. This was an easy way for tired travellers to get to our hotel quickly.

Once again I was not sure if I had booked the transportation aspect of my trip from the airport to the hotel. I had arrived in Merida at 1825 PM and thought o'h my gosh.
However there was a driver with a sign with my name on it. What a relief!!
The driver was professional and polite. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Very comfortable and after a vacation, you would not want to have any trouble getting to the airport in comfort and on time.
