Our Flight is @ 6Am. Our driver was on time as promised. It's good to feel very safe in a foreign land. Thank you so much.

I would recommend, price is relatively less expensive than a taxi.

Excellent Tour Guide, told us all about the hot spots and lots of the history. Thanks
Rony for an outstanding trip

email in advance for confirmation. Learned interesting fact: Do Not take taxis in Guadalajara as they are TSURA Nissan, No ABS or Airbags FYI. All of Viator tours were in Toyota or VW

Because of Hurricane Patricia our flight was delay and the Hotel to Airport service was very good, they were able to take us to the airport when we needed to go, they were very flexible with our needs.

Right on time and very helpful...but....we had to call Mexico City office to get a number to confirm that they indeed were coming

Promised air conditioning and English-speaking but neither were true (note: after contacting Viator about this, the rest of the trip went very well)
