We we were met at the airport by our driver holding a sign with our name. He was very courteous and polite. He informed us about parts of the city as he drove us to our resort. We will definitely use Viator in the future.

My roundtrip transfers from the airport to the hotel was wonderful and went well. My flight was late coming in and I called to inform the transport company and they were so nice and told me not to worry because the driver would be there. And sure enough he was. Javier was awesome and also gave me a nice overview of the history while transporting me to my hotel. I would also like to point out that he met me at the airport on my return flight home and helped me get my boarding pass, find my gate and even went upstairs to show me where i should go to catch my flight. Javier was fantastic and made my day from my first day to the last day. I would also like to recognize Eduardo who drove me back to the airport and he was very attentive and answered any questions that I asked of him. He was awesome too. I would definitely use their service again if I ever return to Acapulco. It was worth every penny!

it was fine

The driver was punctual and helpful

The pick up on both ends were timely. I would have been much better if your company was able to pick up at the door of the Grand Mayan. I was advised when I booked and reminded when picked up at the airport. I was unhappy to learn that other operators were able to pick up at the resort.

All was perfect and in time.

All perfect and in time.

very reliable and good punctuality

Excellent service by Royal Tours. Louis and Pepe were both on time and very helpful getting me to and from the airport to my hotel. Highly recommend this.

The plane from Mexico City was almost an hour late, but your representative was still there to meet us. We were very relieved. Transport to the hotel was seamless.
