When you arrive in Tokyo at either Narita International Airport (NRT) or Haneda Airport (HND), your private driver will be holding a sign with your name on it in the arrivals area just after customs.
Hop in your comfortable private vehicle with your bags, and head to the other airport ─ you can travel either Narita to Haneda or Haneda to Narita. During the approximate 1-hour drive, relax and enjoy the sights of Tokyo out the window.
Please be at the pickup location with your luggage at the scheduled time. Be aware that any no-shows will result in automatic cancellation.
At time of booking, you MUST include the following flight and pickup details in the 'Special Requirements' box:

" Arrival date and time
" Name, address and phone number of final destination
" Total number of bags
" Departure airline
" Departure flight number

For infants traveling in their own seat, please contact the local operator in advance to inquire about car seat availability

You will be picked up at your arrival airport 3-5 hours prior to departing flight time

Please be present and have your bags ready at the scheduled pickup time; any no-shows will result in automatic cancellation

Please note an English-speaking assistant will wait for you at the arrival exit and guide you to your vehicle

Please contact the local operator by phone or email 48 hours prior to your departure time to request alternative pickup time; alternative time must be earlier than the local operator's scheduled pickup time

Pickup time is subject to change due to local traffic conditions

Please provide the name, address and phone number of your appointed pickup location at the time of booking

Please provide the total number of bags you will have

Please note that pickup vehicle may vary based on number of passengers

Vehicle arrangement may change if passengers have oversized items (surfboards not allowed) or luggage exceeds the limit allowed per passenger count

Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle

1-2 passengers: 2 suitcases maximum

3-4 passengers: 4 suitcases maximum

5-8 passengers: 8 suitcases maximum

Exceeding this limit may result in needing a larger vehicle; vehicle upgrade fees will be applied
