After pickup from your Jaipur hotel in the early morning or late afternoon, you’re transferred to the launch site, where you’ll receive hot tea and other refreshments. Listen to a briefing and watch with awe as the colorful hot air balloon inflates while the ground crew prepares for your 1-hour flight according to international safety standards.

Once you climb in the basket and take off, you’ll be mesmerized by the sight of the rising sun as you enjoy a cool breeze (morning flight). Float above Amber Fort, an impressive Rajput-style fortress situated on a hill overlooking Maota Lake, and learn about this architectural wonder from your knowledgeable pilot, who expertly brings the hot air balloon close to the Hindu- and Mughal-style ramparts, gates and monuments.

During a leisurely flight, absorb stunning panoramic views on the outskirts of Jaipur, also known as India’s ‘Pink City’ because its buildings are painted a terra-cotta color. Depending on the wind direction, your pilot navigates past rural fields, lakes, hidden palaces and traditional Rajasthani villages nestled in the Aravali mountains.

Watch as local villagers wave from rooftops and terraces while you float above, and enjoy their friendly greetings as you descend at the end of your flight. After a seamless landing on firm ground ─ you’ll hardly feel the balloon touch down ─ receive a certificate of flight before transferring back to your hotel.
