Our driver met us as soon as we got through customs. He was very professional, spoke english and drove a clean van.

Driver turned up punctually and delivered us safely to the hotel. He was pleasant and friendly. It made a good start to the holiday to receive a warm welcome to Berlin

Car was more than satisfactory. Driver was waiting. Driver did not offer to help with luggage, requring me to carry bags up two flights of stairs at the airport. Would not recommend this service.
