Though we had a lovely tour in Split, we did not get the same boat tour that we paid for. We wanted to do this exact tour to Hvar and Pakleni only, with all inclusive food and drinks and we boarded the boat and got nothing of the sort. It was a small speed boat which was nice, but the agent who took our voucher at the dock was very rude and acted as if she had no time for us. To be fair, we probably annoyed them a bit because we showed up at the tour company's office at 8am, which is what the voucher said to do--the boat was actually supposed to leave at 8am from the other side of the port. Initially, we spent 2.5 hours on the speedboat much different than the 1.5 hours advertised, only to wind up at Vis Island and told we are seeing the Blue Cave. When we asked the boat driver he was NOT a tour guide, ignored the guests for the most part if this was the right tour and I showed him the voucher and what we booked which included lunch, snacks and drinks, he dismissed me and told me to get on line. I even called the tour co office to ask if we were on the right boat and were assured that the agent who directed us on was correct--also said they would double check and call us back and never did. So in addition to the Blue Cave, the tour we took also stopped at the Green Cave and Blue Lagoon before Pakleni and Hvar. We wanted the free time to explore which is why we selected the tour that only goes to Hvar and Pakleni--instead we felt a bit shuttled around and on less relaxed time constraints and had no food or drinks with us tour departed at 8am and we didn't have an opportunity to get food until we were at Pakleni at 2pm. Don't get me wrong, the tour we were put on which included those other things was nice and the scenery and experiences were great. But I was and still am pretty upset that either the tour company put us on the wrong tour and did not bother to try and fix it or the tour we selected was falsely advertised.

Great experience but the water was a bit rough that day and so we had a bumpy ride all day long. Still it was a nice adventure and the captain and mate were very nice and hospitable.
