Meet your guide at Pile Square in Dubrovnik's Old Town, and set off on a stroll, seeing some of the filming locations used in Game of Thrones;it's a unique experience that's only available with this exclusive tour. The popular HBO TV series, adapted from George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire novels, documents a war waged by several noble families for the Seven Kingdom's Iron Throne in the mythical land of Westeros. While the series itself is filmed in various European locations, Dubrovnik is now the official setting for King’s Landing the capital of the Seven Kingdoms realm.
Hear tales of the blonde-haired Targaryen family who were exiled from the King’s Landing when King Robert Baratheon took the Iron Throne, and then follow in the footsteps of Ayra Stark the boyish daughter of Lord Eddard Stark to see the places where she lived on the streets after war broke out between the Lannisters and the Starks.
Climb the old city walls that were attacked by the Baratheons in the first series, and then explore Lovrijenac Fortress the beautiful 11th-century castle that features heavily in many of the Game of Thrones battle scenes. Gaze down at fictional Blackwater Bay from the fort's impressive vantage point, and imagine the bloody Battle of Blackwater taking place outside of its walls.
In addition to the fortress, city walls and streets, your guide will also introduce you to several city parks that were used to film countryside scenes. This was my first time in Dubrovnik and since my visit was for business I did not have much free time. Opted for the Game of Thrones Wlaking Tour and it did not disappoint. Ended up i was the only guest who signed up and had a personal guided tour. Diana was a great guide, very knowledgeable about Old Town and the GoT filming locations. Thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour and my visit to Old Town.

I was really excited for this tour, but it really disappointed. It was 3 hours of "and this is how the producers of Game of Thrones altered this scene using CGI." Unfortunately, I would not recommend wasting your time or money :/

The scenery was spectacular and the tour was so well done. Detailed scene descriptions with actual pictures from the show. Ability to take you picture in the Throne. Plus some interesting history of Dubrovnik. Would highly recommend!

Delightful tour of the old city of Dubrovnik, especially since our tour group was small. I have never seen the HBO series, but that didn't matter. Our guide related all the Game of Thrones info, but she also knew her hsitory and gave us quite a lesson on the city and the country of Croatia. Lastly, she recommended a local favortie restaurant where we we had a delicious lunch!

Had a good day viewing the old city and seeing where they filmed the game of Thrones scenes. Andrea our tour guide gave us some history of the old town as well as enough time to take pics . Would reccommend it to anyone who is a game of thrones fan.

Amazing tour. Nikola was a fantastic tour guide and really illustrated how Game of Thrones was shot throughout the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Super cool tour for any GoT fans! Was definitely a highlight of my time in Croatia. Also provides some historical background of the city of Dubrovnik, which is always nice. Highly recommend!
