This was a terrible experience. First, at the airport, I asked to take money out, and the girl responsible for the transfer said: ahh no, there is not time, there is a long queue, so please take out in the city tomorrow.
They decided unilateraly to drop us off at another hotel without ever communicating with us first. The girl responsable for the transfer said: ''don't worry! Its just in front! '' It was absolutely NOT! It was late, we did not know where we were and did not had access to communication, and we did not have money since she did not let us take some out at the airport The poor driver, who was really nice, felt sorry for us, gave me his phone so we called the girl back, she was abnoxiou and it was a really bad experience. In the end, the driver who was really nice waited with us and finally, on his own time and by his own, find a way to bring us to our final destination, after more than 45 mins trying to find a solution. this was a poor experience who costed a lot of money.
I would NOT EVER recommend this. The buses and taxi are easy to manage.

My flight was significantly delayed and I was very worried my ride share would not be there to meet me. My fears were unfounded. My driver was there, sign in hand and a smile. He made sure I was safely met at the pick up point for my hotel.

Someone was right there waiting for us when our very long flight arrived. Took us straight to our hotel and shared tons of information about the city of Dubrovnik on the way. Excellent way to travel. Set it up on line from California long before we left. Will definitely do this again when I travel!

Easy and fast way to get to your hotel without having local currency. Came out of the baggage area and Elite travel was right there on your left, and they had our name on a sign. Easy peasy!
