Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived. We were whisked to our hotel by a very agreeable driver.

Easy. We walked out of the luggage area and were greeted right away with a sign and my name clearly written. Carol was very pleasant. Gave us tips for being in the city and her card in case we needed help. We were dropped off at our hotel. It was perfect.

My experience was not a good one. The private transfer never showed up. I had to get a taxi cab and my hotel was 2 hours away. It was almost midnight then and did not arrive at hotel until 2:00 AM I called and was told they had no reservation for me, I had the printed voucher in my hand that I printed after the confirmation and was told to bring with me.

Guide was there waiting even though the plane was late. Very helpful waited to see we were successfully checked into hotel before he left.

Driver and tour guide were pleasant and thorough. We were confused as to why we actually needed a separate tour guide just for a one hour transfer from airport to hotel we have not had this experience before as it really was not necessary and made tipping somewhat confusing.

My flight was delayed but they met me on time and provided excellent transfer to my hotel

We were met at the airport on time and taken to our hotel where the team escorted us inside and confirmed our room number for our return journey. They also confirmed our pickup time.
It made the entire transfer stress less. Highly recommend this transfer.

Turned up on time 3/4 bookings via Viator did not for our SA trip. efficient and clean.

great transfer

Excellent driver!
