We always do hop on hop off tours everywhere we go, it gives us a good over view

Good way to get your bearings in Vancouver. Some drivers were more knowledgeable than others.

Expensive for the experience, there is very little to see on the city tour, the guides are good, but they have little to talk about. Trams are old, unclean and uncomfortable

We enjoyed our hop on/hop off trolley experience very much. Good commentaries and good drivers. Well done.

The idea was great, but they need to fix their trolley's. It was rainy and one of the trolley had a leaky roof, so many of the benches in back were wet. Also, on a couple occasions the trolley didn't wait at the stop, so we could see it pull up but we couldn't get around the corner in the rain fast enough. However Viator did respond well to our complaints and provided us with an additional day.

Purchased 2-day tickets and enjoyed the tour of Vancouver. Couldn't imagine a better way of becoming familiar with the city.

This is the best way to see the city and outskirts of the city. Just take the entire hop on hop off tour and then determine where you want to spend more time. I also upgraded to visit the observation deck so I was able to see the entire city. The ticket is for two days so a really good value and the tour operators are knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth it.

We waited 45 minutes for the trolley outside the Pan Pacific only to have to wait for the next one because there were so many people there waiting. As a result, this made us get on the red line route and we wanted the green line route. The red line route would have been very boring had it not been for the driver. We were never able to try the green line route and make it to Stanley Park. This was our primary reason for purchasing this tour.

Very helpful drivers. The route gives a very good overview of the city.
