I really enjoyed this tour and would have given it 5 stars but for one thing: one of the wineries we went to was the same one the main Niagara tour went to. Would have been nice to do a different one. But I still enjoyed everything immensely. And Niagara on the Lake is awesome!

Basically very interesting, and guides were very kind are friendly.
A bad thing was because we came from Toronto (we were in a first group from Toronto to Niagara), and there we were added to a second group (other people in the first group had choosen other tours). After our tour in the wine country, they let us in Niagara-on-the-Lake "to spent some time visiting the place", time for the fisrt group to come back pick us up. But because we bought wines (we had a full box that was hard to carry) during the tour, we could not go visiting the village, and only wait for 1h at the place they let us. It could have be great to let our purchases somewhere safe or in the first bus, and then we could have appreciate visiting Niagara-o-the-Lake. Last thing, two groups means two guides, and then tip twice, for a tour that last ±3 hours in the vineyard.

The wine tour itself was everything we expected. However, Viator's roll in the day was very much lunch bag let down. Where was the "luxury Mercedes" vehicle? Where was the "two hours to explore "Niagara-on-the-Lake"? What was with leaving us stranded at the Chamber of commerce?Overall, disappointing

Had good time at wineries. The first stop was the best. Paired wines with cheeses and meats...but that was the only stop that offered something to eat in between tastings.

The wine tour itself (pick up in Niagara-on-the-Lake) was excellent and definitely worth five *s. Three different types of winery were visited including a boutique winery where there was a wine and food pairing. The other wineries were an organic/biodynamic winery and a winery of long-standing quality. The tour was conducted by a well-informed guide. Transport around the area was by a luxury mini-bus. At the end there was plenty of time to take in the sites of Niagara-on-the -Lake.
The only down-side of the whole trip was having to travel on a coach taking tourists to Niagara Falls. Although our drop-off and pick-up were well organised the coach was very late in returning to pick us up.
