Your private tour begins as you meet your guide at Ecolounge, part of Marapendivela's facilities at the Marapendi pond. Your guide will greet you and show you to the sailboat and sailing area. Beverages and snacks will be arranged (not included) and then it's time to embark on the sailing tour.

If you choose an afternoon departure, you will depart about 30 minutes before sunset to be able to appreciate the wonderful sky colors mixed with the surroundings. During the daytime, you can also enjoy incredible views. If you have sailing skills, you will have a good opportunity to practice some of what you know with your guide. The route taken will provide bird-watching and learning about the Marapendi eco-system and its chronological history. This is a great tour to see another side of Rio de Janeiro and enjoy a time away from the hustle and bustle.
