Hike to Ponta Negra fishing village via Sono beach, Antigos beach, Antiguinhos beach and Galhetas waterfall. Meet the guide in Paraty at 9am. Take the bus to Laranjeiras and hike to Ponta Negra fishing village for late lunch and return by boat to the starting point of the hike, followed by bus back to Paraty.

The Ponta Negra hike explores the open water shoreline of the peninsula, visiting pristine beaches accessible only by dingy boats or trails.
Its a chance to see some of the preserved rainforest and cultural traditions of the local "caiara" people, in the villages of Sono and Ponta Negra where residents still live their simple life style, following the flow of the nature.

The active part of the day is the hike that lasts between 3 to 4 hours max, without including the stops in different beaches and waterfalls. The idea is to reach Ponta Negra village by 3:30 pm for a late lunch before returning by boat to the starting point of the trek/bus stop.

9:00am - Depart by bus
9:40am - Start hiking
11:00am - Relax and swim at Sono Beach
12:30pm - Picnic and swim at Antigos Beach
2:30pm - Cold dip in Gaietas waterfall
3:30pm - Lunch
4:00pm - Boat back
5:00pm - Return to Paraty by bus
