We were told to be at departure point at 8.45. We were there at 8.55. The departure was at 9.00. They left without us. The woman employee at Brussels Tours didn't even bother to apologise.She just offered us a 2 hour tour to Brussels which was pathetic. Really poor!

The trip going to Luxembourg with a stop over in lovely Dinant was very relaxing. You’d be able to see the Belgian countryside with the windmills, charming houses along the river and a lot of greenery. Dinant is so charming! Luxembourg is also interesting. Some people might find it boring but I love seeing new places and to be able to say you’ve been to the wealthiest country in the EU is something! If you have already explored Brussels, have visited Bruges and Ghent and have another day left, go for it! The tour guide (a man, sorry I forgot the name) gave us good information and gave clear instructions. I enjoyed the trip although the trip back was long but I wouldn’t take that against the tour. I already knew that beforehand and it was my choice to do it. Overall, a memorable experience!

An enjoyable trip and worth a visit. The bus trip is quite long but we were aware of that and made the most of seeing the countryside on the way past.

All very well organised and with a guide who knew his subject in three languages! Sadly, having everything repeated three times to accommodate just a couple of French speakers lessened the experience for everyone else and meant there was never a time for the guide to stop talking and let what he had said sink in. Travelling to Denante in the dark was not really worthwhile - impossible to see anything (even the church had a service so we couldn't enter). It looked like a beautiful valley drive, but we couldn't see/enjoy it. Better to have stayed on the motorway and returned an hour sooner

Had a very enjoyable day trip to Luxembourg and Dinant. The visit to Dinant is worth it by itself. Bruno is a very dynamic guide who also gave us a crash course in Trappist beers.

Excellent tour. Both my wife and I enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was nice and courteous. We learned a lot about the places that we visited. Highly recommended.

The beauty of Luxembourg and Dinant, Belgium are hard to beat. Nice tour and guide. I perhaps wish we had more time in Dinant and we were later after most restaurants and bakeries are closed, but still had fun.

There was a bit of trouble getting going as there was something wrong with our coach so we departed a little bit later however it was handed as best as it could have been. Our guide was called Paul, he was amazing, very knowledge and made an effort to go around everyone and talking to them was very interactive. On the way back we stopped in Dinant, Belgium, such a small/cute town would have loved to stayed longer to explore more.

I would recommend to tour to anyone, we enjoyed it so much. Even the coach journey it was nice to see the landscape driving past and it was a smooth journey, comfortable enough to sleep as well. :

The tour was well planned with a lot of beautiful sightseeing and scenery. The duration of the tour is goodgood and the tour guide is very friendly. Few things I wish though
1. Need to give us 5 minutes for pictures time for each stop
2. it wouldwould be nice to be able to charge our phone.
3. It would be nice to have each person carrying an audio so that we can hear from the back for such a big group.
