產品介紹

There were over two hundred thousand executions in London from the tenth until the nineteenth century. The different methods of execution ranged from the gruesome to the gory to the downright ghastly. Boiling people to death in water or lead, burnings, beheadings and the worst punishment of all- the dreaded hanging, drawing and quartering.

Walk round London and realize that its gory past is staring you in the face from every corner. Learn why London was referred to as ‘The City of Gallows’ and how thirsty it’s citizens were for blood. Hear stories about the deeds and disasters that landed people on the block and the men, women and even children whose lives were cut short by the la on this walking tour in London.
