Select either a morning or afternoon balloon ride, and then start your trip in Cala Millor, a resort on the island’s eastern coast, approximately 44 miles (70km) from Palma de Mallorca.
On arrival at the launch pad, meet your private host and watch your brightly colored balloon inflate. After listening to a safety briefing, step inside your balloon’s basket and take to the skies with your pilot.
Have your camera ready to capture bird’s-eye views of northeast Mallorca and the sparkling sea that stretches out around the coast. As you drift through the air, toast to your experience with a bottle of Champagne and tuck into a basket ofsnacks.
Listen to your pilot talking about the lush island landscape mapped out beneath you, and learn about the pristine white-sand beaches that typify northeast Mallorca. One of the benefits of having a private experience is that you can ask as many questions as you wish about the area.
After floating through the air about one hour, it’s time to return to ground level, so, follow your pilot’s instructions for a smooth landing. Once back on the ground, head inside the launch center to receive a CD of pictures from your trip.
