We were a group of 10 traveling from the airport to our hotel. The driver was waiting inside the airport exactly where we expected him. He was relatively friendly and helpful getting us to the bus. The day was hot and the AC on the bus was not working very well. Additionally, we were traveling during Friday noon-time traffic which was very congested on our route. Despite the complaints, I would still recommend the service and would use it again.

Oops. Same company we booked for transfer from hotel to cruise terminal. See that review there. They were 40 minutes late for the cruise terminal transfer also.

We were met at the airport as expected, however, as we were carrying luggage for a two week trip, the driver had a tough time fitting it into the car. The actual drive into downtown Barcelona was comfortable and quiet. We have used Victor for other European airport transfers and highly recommend this service.

It’s a regular cab...costs less for you to take it on your own from the airport. Our driver was great though and clean car.

We arrived in Barcelona after several hours flying from the USA. The driver was right at arrivals waiting for us. He drove a black Mercedes with ample leg room and plenty of space for our luggage. He gave us the inside story to the events that were taking place in Barcelona: the push for an Independent Catalonia. He was very gracious when we arrived at our destination. The hotel were were staying in had no signage. It was a common building entrance. He made sure we were at the exact location. We were very happy with his efforts. He told us he would not leave until we were where we were supposed to be. He helped with our heavy luggage. Sometimes we forget how it really is in a foreign country with regards to addresses, hotels, elevators, etc., etc., etc. We were in good hands.

Had to call transport office in Barcelona to find driver at airport. Our flight was 30 minutes late and he was not at the arrivals area when we came through. After we found him all was good.
