Arrived on time at the cruise terminal with a car that adequately accommodated the four adults and our luggage. Quick trip to our hotel and the driver was very efficient and helpful with the bags.

All good, driver arrived early, lovely air conditioned car smooth run into the city, help offered with luggage ... couldn't ask for more.

Traveling with another couple and we were coming into the Barcelona port from a cruise and our driver was there to meet us right on time. He was polite and professional, helpful with the baggage and got us right to our small hotel which was a little hard to find! Would use this service again!

Driver was a bit late which he attributed to traffic. He drove us to our hotel and it took much longer than we expected. We thought that he either got lost or was avoiding traffic. Not sure which but it was comforting to have our planned ride arrive as it is apparent the cruise terminal traffic could be jammed.

Excellent Service! Fast! Great personable Driver

on time and friendly driver

we were there before the driver so there timing needs to be a bit better on cruise pick up

This was just a taxicab company was called Book Barcelona Taxi we could have gotten it much cheaper if we just booked it on the day of. We paid the equivalent of 70-75 USD and the fare would have been about 30 Euro if we had just paid at the time of service. Cab ride was fine - I just have an issue with overpaying.

convenient but answering service only speaks Spanish

Very professional!
