Went for food... seated very quickly with a nice view of gondolas. Meal was very nice... was glad to see vegetarian option : : :. Staff was friendly.

Oddly enough, I wasn't sure about this when booking it because why eat at the Hard Rock when your in Italy, but it really turned out great and worked out well for us. We had been in Italy for awhile and had been trying to juggle different tours and train schedules and this worked out very well for us and actually provided a nice change. We were in a hurry, but were quickly seated and had great service, good food and we were able to make our tour on time.

Only had to wait 5minutes for a table.We had the 3 course menu and there was a good selection of food available.Defintely worth doing this to skip the queues and have a meal prepaid before you arrive in Venice.

Glad I booked this since hard rock cafe is full packed and very long que. got a table within 5 mins compared to 30 mins to an hour waiting.

Was good to pre pay, I didn't have to worry about the bill, plus it condenses the choices for an easier pick. Great food lovely staff, fun atmosphere.

I am always happy to have a meal at Hard Rock's and the one in Venice is worth visiting. Excellent menus, maybe too much to eat! We had not to wait too much for sitting, just half an hour, thanks to this reservation. Highly recommended!
