Basically, this was like a private taxi from the apartment we were leasing in Rome to the Civitavecchia port to catch our cruise ship. It was about the same price as a taxi would have been, but it was a lot nicer ride with much more comfort. Glad we booked this.

Our driver arrived to our hotel 15 minutes early and took us to our cruise ship without any issues. Well done!

We requested a private transfer to Civitavecchia Cruise Port from Rome Fiumicino Airport. The driver was on time to pick us up. He's such courteous and professional driver. The ride was comfortable to the port. we travel to Europe numerous times and always use this service from Viator and always receive great services. I would greatly recommend this service to all of my fellow travelers.

The driver was prompt, friendly and got us to the port the fastest route allowing us plenty of time to check in.

Normally this transport will drop you off at the ship. This driver refused and just dropped us off at a parking lot were you had to take your luggage to a particular bus that would then take you to the ship for check in and boarding. On our return, another transportation company met us at the ship for pick up. Transportation to and from the ship were booked thru Viator.

Terrific, convenient door to door service. The drive was pleasant, the driver courteous and informative, and the experience overall well worth the added comfort of not having to use train and/or bus service.

Driver picked us up right on time and drove us to our hotel in Civitavecchia Port, a change from the scheduled transfer to a ship. No problem and quick. Van used was noises but got us there. Would have preferred a sedan in order to talk with driver but it turned out this driver spoke little or no english.
