Pilot experienced, funny, polite. The views are great. You stay 60 Minutes in air. You go up to 900 M or around 3000 feet. Worth the money.

Fabulous experience with awesome views.

Transportation came and picked us up and took us right to the hot air balloons. We hoped on with another 2 people and had plenty of space to turn around and see many views. We paid extra since my husband is over the weight limit and thus why there was only 4 of us in the hot air balloon. The others had 6 people in them and didn't look like they had as much room to wiggle around, but I know there are different size baskets. It was extremely peaceful and the views were spectacular. We had an easy landing in a wheat field where they set up a table with a beautiful Proseco toast and snacks. Transportation picked us up at the end of the wheat field and drove us back to the hotel. It was well worth every penny. Also, our flight operator was very kind, answered questions and explained what we were seeing without talking the whole time so we come enjoy the peace and serenity. Excellent and we would do this again in a heart beat!

Its was such a wonderfull experience. The pilot and crew were very experienced and they did their best to make this memorable.

It's so peacefull, and the cold didn't bother us, because you're going with the wind and the views are amazing! Wouldn't have wanted to miss it!

So Excellent! What a nice view of the Chianti and Tuscan countrysides! I highly recommend it.

Excellent all the way around...Communication, meeting point, the flight was SPECTACULAR, crew and team were friendly, and the breakfast afterwards topped off an excellent excursion.
