One of our favorite, great skip the line a small venue, so we got to see it all.

Great to skip the line and get the audio to tell you about the superb art?

We were not pleased with the tour, and neither were any of the othermany people stuck in the 45 minute line to get into the Gallery. It really was a gong-show.....far below our expectations, and what we thought we had been promised in your marketing material....and far below the quality of the tours we got from other tour companies in Italy.
I have told my travel agent that we would never recommend Viator....nor do we believe that she should recommend it to any of her future customers.
