Day One: Paris Rouen Honfleur Caen (D)

Hop aboard your luxury air-conditioned coach in the morning and travel out from central Paris toward the Normandy countryside to begin your tour. Stop off in the medieval city of Rouen ─ the historic capital city of Normandy ─ and explore the charming Old Town with your guide.
Continue on to the pretty seaside town of Honfleur ─ widely known for its picturesque port and fresh sea air. Enjoy free time for lunch at your leisure (own expense) and soak up the relaxing, coastal atmosphere. Honfleur is a real gem of a town, with many traditional craft shops, welcoming caf□s and waterside walks to explore.
Head onward to the beaches of Normandy, where Allied forces attacked the advancing German forces during the World War II Normandy landings. Pass the beach of Omaha ─ where many thousands of brave soldiers lost their lives in battle ─ and visit the American Cemetery of Saint-Laurent and Arromanches.
Overnight: 3-star hotel in Caen
Day Two: Caen St Malo Mont Saint-Michel Angers (B, D)

After a buffet breakfast in the morning, depart Caen and head onward toward Brittany, a coastal region in the north west of France. Alight at St Malo ─ an ancient, walled city ─ and take a tour of the age-old ramparts and cathedral with your guide.
Stop for lunch (own expense) and enjoy a little free time to yourself in St Malo before heading onward to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mont Saint-Michel, an island fortress sitting off the Normandy coast. Widely considered among France’s most famous landmarks, Mont Saint-Michel has a rich history stretching back to the 8th century. Tour the ancient abbey with your guide then enjoy free time to explore Mont Saint-Michel’s cobbled streets and alleyways at your leisure.
Overnight: 3-star hotel in Angers
Day Three: Angers Chteau de Langeais Amboise Chteau du Clos Luc□ Chteau de Villandry Tours (B, D)

Leaving Angers behind you after breakfast in the morning, head deep into France’s famous chteau country. Pause on route at Chteau d’Angers ─ an imposing castle in the Loire Valley ─ and capture the beautiful building on camera before continuing onward. Pass through the historic towns of Cunault and Saumur on your way to the Chteau de Langeais, a medieval castle nestled in Indre-et-Loire. Chteau de Langeais was destroyed in the Hundred Years’ War and rebuilt in the 15th century by King Louis XI. It stands today as one of the finest examples of late-medieval architecture in France. Tour the castle with your guide and gain insight into its centuries of history and heritage.
Continue on to the town of Amboise on the banks of the Loire River for lunch (own expense) and a little free time to explore independently. In the afternoon, visit the Chteau du Clos Luc□, famous as the last official residence of Leonardo da Vinci in the 16th century. Afterward, head onward to explore the beautifully manicured gardens of the Chteau de Villandry.
Finish your day with a visit to the historic town of Tours, nicknamed ‘le jardin de la France’ (the garden of France) for its many parks and green spaces. Tours is one of the largest cities in central France, and famous for its medieval Old Town and its many bridges crossing the Loire River.
Overnight: 3-star hotel in Tours
Day Four: Tours Chteau de Chenonceau Chteau de Cheverny Chteau de Chambord Paris (B, L)

After breakfast, begin your final day in the Loire Valley with guided visits to Chenonceau, Cheverny and Chambord ─ three of the most impressive chteaux in the region. The four arches of the Chteau de Chenonceau span the Cher River and put Chenonceau firmly among France’s finest chteaux.

The tour of Normandy is a little disappointing unless you are really into history and want to know about WW 2. There is nothing interesting happening in the first 2 days. The Loire valley castle tour gets more interesting and the castles are lovely. Drive is scenic. The other drawback is that the day is kept toooo long starting with 7 am and ending with 7 pm check into the hotels. After which since dinner is included so we have to all gather quickly in half hour for dinner. Now if you enjoy constant company then you will be fine but if looking for some downtime, this tour doesn't give you any. The tour guide was average and talked a little too much. I was breaking away from the group all the time since I couldn't listen to detailed history about every brick and painting!!

Great trip wonderful french guide for the four days. First hotel and food was a bit dissapointing but from then on it got better. The chateau s were something to see. Well worth the money. Good comfortable bus never full so room to spread.

We saw more in four days than we ever could have on our own. The tour guides, Carlos and Helena were awesome, knowledgeable and incredibly prompt. We were pleasantly surprised with Viator and City/Paris/Vision's precision.

A very enjoyable 4 day tour as advertised. Comes with a lot of bus travel, late dinners and early rises. Great guide, multi-lingual, interesting fellow passengers and lots to see. Think of it as interesting and enlightening but not exactly relaxing.

Brilliant 4 days, excellent value and would totally recommend this tour. So much to see and learn and each area was different from the day before. Hotels and food inclusions were good value and standard. Very happy travellers.

Great tour, great guide Pascal who really knew her stuff. Very efficient use of our time that combined group experiences with time to explore on our own. My only complaint was that the food especially at the first hotel was so-so at best. The hotels were fine--clean and comfortable.

My wife and I had a great time on our four day tour. The guide was very knowledgable and the food, hotels and van were excellent.

Amazing and unforgettable tour! Worth every penny and would recommend it to anyone! The places are gorgeous and the guide is very knowledgeable and informative.

A really good itinerary. Whilst the food is poor, the trip itself was great. Great sites, very knowledgable guide and good driver.
Keep in mind some of the accommodation is a long way away from the town centres (for those that want to see the towns on your own and go walkabout)

An excellent way to see the local, rural countryside of western France. Our drive Nico, and guide Roberto were super. Both of them were very professional and competent in their jobs. The information provided could not have been found on a website regarding the sites and places we visited. A bit challenging at times with a mixture of languages being presented, but with an additional guide on board to handle Spanish and French, our English speaking tour was enjoyable. We could not have possibly seen or experienced what we did on our own. Would highly recommend this trip or portions of it , if you wish to see Normandy and the Loire Valley.
