This meal was incredibly big and delicious. The food was interesting and well prepared. The pairings were purposeful and delicious. Annabelle was our host and was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about wine. She was able to answer many questions and shared interesting facts and about French wine and wine-tasting in general. There was a generous amount of wine and food and we found the experience to be an excellent value.

Vincent was our sommelier and did an excellent job. The food and wine pairing was delicious and O'Chateau is a warm and welcoming environment. We enjoyed it so much we stayed afterwards for another glass of wine.

WE ABSOLUTELY HAD THE MOST DELICIOUS DINNER AND PAIRS OF WINE DURING THIS TOUR. IT WAS VERY MUCH WORKTH EVERY PENNY. LUIS WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPED ONE OF THE COUPLES IN OUR DINNER WITH THEIR WINE SELECTION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TOUR AND PROBABLY TRY TO GO AGAIN MYSELF.

We enjoyed the evening, but we were disappointed that it wasn't a group, and we were served in the bar area. The attendant was very knowledgeable, but I have no idea if he was a sommelier. My food was excellent lamb, but my husband's filet was very rare instead of medium rare, so he could eat only part of it. They do know their wines and food, but I wouldn't go back there - especially for the money paid for the evening.

Very enjoyable evening. Food was delicious. Alain was a great host and was very knowledgeable. Great way to learn more about French wine. Would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing wine place, helpful stuff

Good food, excellent wine and a witty sommelier (from Italy, yet) who was extremely informed about French wines and answered all our questions and then some. A very enjoyable way to spend an evening.

This wine tasting dinner exceeded any expectations I had built up in my mind for my last night in Paris. I was travelling alone, so wanted something where I wouldn't feel alone at dinner and it met that and more. We were seated at a long wine tasting table, very sophisticated and beautiful in the cellar of a restaurant. Our sommelier was more than attentive, was present for the entire time and led us on a wonderful path through French wines, their origins, anything we might have wanted to know was happily answered by Richard. He was cheerful, funny, seriously into teaching us about wine without being pushy. He really made our evening. I think he might have just stayed with us all night had we not needed to get back to our hotels before the Metro closed. Richard was a shining star of this tour, but the food was excellent as well. Thanks so much, Viator for offering this tour. Nobody should hesitate, just book it and enjoy!

Very enjoyable. Lots of good information on the wines we were drinking, but that information was built into the price. Quite expensive, even by Paris standards.
