Meet your friendly guide a few streets away from Eiffel Tower on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day and start your tour by hearing some of the history surrounding this incredible feat of architecture. Learn about Gustave Eiffel, who designed the tower for the 1889 World’s Fair, and hear of numerous Hollywood films in which the Eiffel Tower has been famously featured.

Toast the arrival of the new year with a glass or two of Champagne and your guide will give you a party hat to wear and a horn to blow before you head up the tower! With your skip-the-line entrance ticket, pass the long lines outside and head straight up to the second level.

Eiffel Tower Second Level
Upon reaching the second level, your guide will give you plenty of time to wander around and take in the best views of Paris. As you explore both tiers of the second level, listen to your guide recount fun anecdotes and crazy stunts from the tower’s past, such as when planes flew under it.

Eiffel Tower First Level and the Eiffel Tower Summit (Third Level)
When your tour ends, your time on the Eiffel Tower doesn’t have to! The tour price also includes a ticket to both the first level and the summit of the tower. At the summit, purchase another glass of Champagne, if you wish, to ring in the new year. The skip-the-line access you receive for the first two levels does not include the third level; everyone must wait for one elevator, but the line doesn't usually last longer than 30 minutes a short time to wait to stand at the top of the Eiffel Tower at New Year!

This tour provides skip-the-line access, but is subject to all procedures and security requirements of the Eiffel Tower.

Your ticket allows you to skip the line to access the Eiffel Tower but there may be a line for security and bag checks and for the elevator. Please note, no knives, sharp objects or glass bottles are allowed.

The ticket does not allow skip the line access from the 2nd level to the summit. There may still be a line to get to the summit.

Please note: We cannot predict when the Eiffel Tower will be crowded. In general, long lines are common in the summer, on most weekends and during peak travel periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, local holidays). Our skip-the-line tours enable you to skip the line if indeed there is one. Unfortunately, there is no way to foresee which days and times will produce lines and which will not. Pre-book and pre-plan, and you’ll be guaranteed access to the Eiffel Tower to enjoy this small-group tour.

I cannot tell you how thrilling this was to be here on New Years Eve. From the moment we arrived at the meeting place it was a warm party atmosphere. The guide Amanda was just wonderful. During the tour my daughter became ill and she took great care of us. Thank you Viator!

Touring the Eiffel Tower at Sunset on New Year's Eve was an experience of a lifetime. The wait to get up the tower was a bit longer than usual, which is to be expected on NYE. But Carl, our very knowledgeable tour guide, provided continuous commentary on the history of the tower, which made the time fly by. You will not only experience the tower itself, but will also come out with a greater appreciation of its cultural and historical significance. An experience not to be missed!

It was a magical night. Our guide Martin was an inspiration and his enthusiasm was as infectious as his knowledge was impressive. The skip-the-line felt especially valuable since we had some inclement weather. But although we were not able to reach the summit as it had been closed off due to weather conditions we were totally entertained by Martin. I could have easily spent another hour or more listening to him talk about the Eiffel Tower Paris and more. What a great guide! What a great experience!!

Tour guide Ellen was quite learned young lady, and presented historical significant information in a very logical and interesting manner.
It was a bitterly cold day, especially out on 2nd Floor deck.
Only drawback was I booked this tour for 11.00 p.m. New Years Eve, but the Agency brought forward to 1.00 p.m., which was significantly disappointing, and why I'm rating it 3*.
